A Boat passing through --- mailed July 1942

A Boat passing through --- mailed July 1942

Mailed from the Ojibway Is. P. O.

Dear Friends.  We are having glorious weather up here with enough breeze to temper the heat of the sun.  Not many of the cottages inhabited as yet.   Only one or two American families so far; so we have to rely on some one with a motor boat to take and bring our mail.  The blue berries are going to be plentiful I think.  We have had two pickings so far and prospeccts are good.  Tell May we got just enough strawberries the 1st week for a cake.  Love to all.   E. F.

Mailed to Mrs. McCredie 27 Bowden Ave Toronto
